You insisted and some of your emails were inappropriate. At this time we proposed you a refund, you refused.
After several hundred emails, we had to take mesures, like I (or Nicolas) have already explained you.
We are very professional but we do not accept disrespect and we won't provide any service outside the limitation of our support.
Nicolas has been too generous and extremely patient with you. But reach a certain point, we had to say stop.
Even if you have renew your HikaShop subscription, you do not have access anymore to our support by email. You have been warned/noticed a lot about that ; you are aware that you won't have answer to your emails due to your ban.
And more than that ; we replies to all of your forum messages.
Your sentence is then, inappropriate and misjudged.

About the second solution ; Nicolas asked you some questions.
Unfortunately, your reply do not provide the all answers ; we can see that you do not want a restrictions and apply it to all products in your store but we are still not able to know what you want to achieve exactly about that discount.
Even if I got ideas on it, I am not sure of it. I don't think it will be interesting to talk about solutions which won't feet with your real request.
