Batch moving products to other category

-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5.
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.14
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

Is there a batch function so i can move more than one item to another category?

Yes. You can use the mass actions system for that under the menu System>Mass actions.
