Possible Issues with Recaptcha

Recently, in the last few months, my fake account registrations have gone through the roof. I have checked all my recaptcha settings, and even google is showing a HIGH number of fails.

Is there a way to check to see if recaptcha is actually working properly?

Right now, it's on the same thing I've had for years, V2, check box. I know someone (I want to say Nicolas) mentioned to reset it to invisible...but there is no way for me to do this on the console, everything on the recaptcha google console backend is locked, I can't change anything. Do I just make a new account?

I can't imaging this much is getting through. I'm talking 20 a day, and I keep having to delete these accounts. Just in the last week, I've deleted about 150 accounts...and it's getting tiresome.
