Hi,

I have imported all my virtuemart products to Hikashop.
unfortunately only 3 of my 1255 products have there images successfully imported.
All of the other products have mostly 10 bar-code images assigned to them.
And the 3 product which do have images, have 15 copies assigned to them.

unfortunately it is a local site on xampp, so i cannot give you a direct link

Any advice?

Hi,

Try to copy manually the images from the virtuemart upload folder to the images/com_hikashop/upload folder (verify that it is the correct folder in the settings of the HikaShop configuration).

Hi,

Thanks for your reply,
I already tried that and it did not work.
Do you have any other solution?

Regards

Hi,

Which virtuemart version are you using ?
We saw some issues with VM import because depending the version the images are not stored the same in the database

Hi,

As stated on our import documentation the VM import is only compatible with VM 1 and 2 for now and we didn't test it with VM 3.
It would require extensive tests to find the issue with the product images import for VM3.
I would recommend to try using CSVimproved to export the products data from VM3 and import them to HikaShop (the latest version is compatible with both so it should hopefully work better).
