Sorting products

Hello,
I am trying to give the customer, the option to sort products by price for example . Is there any way I can do this ?

Hi,

Yes. You can use a filter of the type "dropdown" and with the "apply on" option set to "sort" and then select the columns on which you want to be able to sort.

You can do that via the menu Display>Filters in the Business edition.

Hi NIcolas,

I tried to do it but got no luck, no filter appears anywhere. Did the exact same example.

Just one question, When the filter is created, should it appear in every product list, or we have to assign a menu to filters?


Solved: Forgot to put yes on the display main to show filters.

Hi,

It can appear on all the products listings (like how you configured it), but in each menu item, you also have a similar option so that you can activate/deactivate it for a specific menu item.

Hi,

As written in the documentation page given by Nicolas :

Filters are only available in the Business edition of HikaShop.

So the filters are not avilable in Essential edition of HikaShop.
