-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.75
-- PHP version -- : 7.0
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox

It would seem to me that all the setting on how to configure Hika shop is contained in the Demo which you have developed. However ALL of the important information regarding how to display product and catagories as per the menu heading in the demo are tightly locked away.

I say over 80 percent of the question regarding hikashop on the forums and support question would deal with this issue which seems to be a combination of the menu settings and the display views...

How can we access the menu setting and see the choices taken so we can replicate these.

Particluarly I'm interested in the product page with multiple lmages.

Hi,

Unfortunately, we've had to lock the access to these on our demo website due to abuse and hack.
There was no change in the amount of support when we did that.
We also have a tutorial on how to display your content on your frontend:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/3...splay-front-end.html

Regarding multiple images on the product page, there is not much to know. Just upload all the images you want for your product in the "images and files" section of the product edition screen and you'll see something similar to what there is on the demo website.

Yeh thanks Nicolas

If it was that easy more people would "get it". I've been playing with this cart from about 4 year and I'm sure its the right option... I started by purchased the business version and then lasped back to the free version with little result. I've read your documentation several times and watched your videos and purchased the OS training license and completed their basic and intermediate level course and I still don't have a good enough grasp of how to configure the shop to display the way I want it to. If I could get it to work where I was confident I could continue to maintain it, I'd then go on to purchase multiple version of either essensial or business.

A this point your probably thinking its a lack of underlying base knowleage of coding and the like... We have been around in the mambo days till now. I know enough to be able to code multi positional templates from scratch. We have designed and supported 100's of Joomla sites. We have multiple self managed servers where we host our sites. Right now I have 2 carts I'm trying to develop with the free ver that would become essensials and 4 more complex sites "on hold" because I don't want to raise expectation and burn other existing clients...

I'm back here again because I sick of saying to clients "We don't do shopping carts"

So apart from the documentation what are you offering - payed or unpaid...
Happy to pay for a working login to the demo site which would allow you to limit hacks.
Happy to pay for a business license and a Backup of the demo site which we would put on our off line test server...
Happy to pay for... but don't send me back to the documentation..!

Have you ever tracked how many people come back after that statement.

Hi,

Well, as you know we're happy to answer questions and help you if you have precise questions, as part of the standard support. I'm giving links to documentation when I think that it can be useful, not to not have to answer.
I can potentially provide a super admin backend access to the demo website although I don't see how that would be the saint graal you're looking for. However, I have some conditions in that case:
1. use our contact form to request the access with a link to this thread : www.hikashop.com/support/contact-us.html
2. have a valid/active subscription to HikaShop
3. don't share it with anyone or we'll have to deactivate the access.
I believe that if you would post precise questions : what doesn't work precisely, or what you want to change precisely and how you want to change it, with screenshots and links to the pages you're talking about, we could guide you towards the solution you're looking for.

I don't understand what you mean by "Have you ever tracked how many people come back after that statement.". We don't have any link of advanced tracking on that forum.

Happy to take up your offer.. Have already purchased a business ver as well as a Hika Serial as I will need to sell vouchers. I'll move the rest of the conversation to the contact forms as you suggest.
