The tax information on prices of bundled products is indeed not added to the order when the order is generated.
We didn't thought it would be useful.
I've added some modifications on our end to add that information.
Download again the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours and you'll get the modifications for it.
Note that this will only change things for orders you'll create after the modifications are added.
It would change anything for orders already created before.
