how to disable 654321/product/listing menu

It could be when your cart is empty and you try to access the checkout / cart page.
In that case, it will redirect to the URL you've specified in the "URL where to redirect when the cart is empty" of the HikaShop configuration.
And if you leave that setting empty, it will redirect to product/listing

The issue is linked with the customization done in the cart module I think.
After the first product removal, the cart module at the top is refreshed.
But you have in it custom javascript code which reset the URL used by the javascript of the checkout to send AJAX requests to the server (a copy / paste from the code in the checkout system), and this sets a wrong URL which then lead to the second removal not working.

An easy solution would be to turn off the checkout display setting of the cart module so that it doesn't appear when on the checkout to avoid the conflict.
