Hi we updated hikashop and we have two big problems now. (its on our testaccount now)

1. The voting stars are not showing anymore. The numbers do. We can not figure out where it goes wrong as the template we bought is made special for hikashop. fv-fashion.

2. On the productpage you can see that the whole right colum is pressed below the productpage. Creating a very big black block.

Any ideas what this is creating? Thanks for the help!

Hi,

1. I think that the issue is coming from your template, it has an override on the view "vote / mini" so you have to remove this override.

2. This looks like a template issue too, please contact your template provider.

hi we fixed the stars by using a code you gave on this page to another person: www.hikashop.com/forum/product-category-...le-product-view.html

Then we noticed another big problem. The prices are not showing on the productpage. Well the price is showing but its all 0,0. The prices are shown on categorie level but when you go to the productpage its 0,00.

Hi,

Do you have edited any views like "product / listing_price" ?

What are your settings about the price display in the main configuration and in your menu settings ?
It is possible that they differ, particularly if you are using ACLs on prices.

hi,

we did not change anything in any file accept the fact that we did a massaction on all prices. I gues something went wrong there.

Our settings for this massaction where like this: See attachment

We got these settings from your own documentation on this forum. You think this maybe set the prices on the productpage to 0? It did higher all the prices as we wanted.

Hi,

These mass action settings are correct, and if there was an issue, the issue would be displayed too on the product listing.
If you go in a product edition page in backend, does anything seems strange regarding the prices ? Does they have a correct value ?

What are your settings about the price display in the main configuration and in your menu settings ?

HI we did look at the backend ad noticed this:

Before the update there was just a box called price and a price including tax. They both show with the right price for the product. However now we also see a third box above that wich is saying: retail price. And this one is showing €0,0

I gues this is what you mean with ACL's? We dont know what that means.

We also looked at the global configuration:
head valuta = euro
for the rest we dont see what could change this. any idea how we get the price including tax als retail price?

Hi,

My bad, when we talk about ACLs it means access levels, you can restrict the product to some user groups and you can too have one price per user group.

To restrict a price you can set a group by clicking on the padlock: take.ms/J38ce

So if there is a restriction on a group and you are not in this group when going on the product page, the price can be "0".

The retail price is not displayed on the product page when let to "0".

HI thanks for the explananation.

So what do we have now:

1. When you look at the productlist the real prices are showing. ( this is productprice including tax)
2. The prices on the productpages are all €0,0
3. The price restrictions or ACL's are all klicked on. So everybody should be able to see the prices. (but its not)
4. Just to make sure we also onclicked all prices and tried to see what happend. Nothing happend all prices stay €0,0
5. When we fill in a retailprice this will show up at the productpage. This retailprice wich shows the description: normal price. and the price with tax with the description: our price.

So somehow we think the price with tax is not showing on the productpage even when it should. All our prices are filled in at the price including tax box. The retailprice boxes we never used so they are all at 0,0 and we can not go into 3000 productpages and put a new price into the retailbox.

So please do you guys have any idea why the price including tax is not showing and how we can change this?

Hi,

Can you please open a new thread for that subject which is quite far away from the original topic subject ?
In that new thread ; please provide a link to that one and also provide some screenshot from one of your product configuration (price).
If you can also provide a link to a corresponding product page (so we can see his configuration and his public page).
