Vote & Comment doesn't work!!!

I use hikashop v2.6.4 ,since I have updated hikashop from v2.4 to lastest version the problem in vote & comment has been appeared

the problem is that stars for vote is not visible like past version so I can n't vote & when i want to write a comment , the comment will show on the list of comments but after I reload the page , the comment is n't exist anymore

Please help me to solve this problem

I Think its override problem because when I rename vote folder in [ public_html/templates/jv-allinone/html/com_hikashop/vote ] the comment & vote work with default hikashop vote& comment module but I want use the template's vote

so please guide me in this case

Hi,

You can manage the view overrides in the HikaShop backend for the "vote" part.

The vote system had some modifications in HikaShop 2.6.1

So if you want to keep the template customization but also have a working vote system ; you will need to perform a "merge".
You can also contact your template provider to notify them that there is an issue with the vote and they will update their template with new view content.
