How to produce a single serial with points equal to the total order amount?

Hi....

I'm getting close to figuring this out...

Currently I am having problem with the number of points per serial.

Ideally a serial will have points equal to the dollar value of the order total: a $50 total sale would produce a consumable serial with 50 points.

What is actually happening:

A $20 item produces a serial with 18 points.
A $25 item produces a serial with 23 points.
An order with 2 items; $20 each for a total of $40 produces 2 serial each for 18 points.

Can you help me find the missing points, and the configuration to product a single serial for multiple items in a single order?

Hello

Can you please provide a screenshot of your point generator plugin configuration ?
To create one serial per order it requires the serial per order plugin but it will do its job for every orders (including every products).

Question: With serial per order what would happen is a single order had user points, pdf serial and product add - for example.

Hello,

You need to enter just a number for the point generator plugin.
And if you're using the "rate" you don't need a "points value" since you want to convert an USD price into points.

Did not solve the problem; $20 = 18 point and two serials two products.

1. Points Value was deleted
2. 7 was entered in size; is this the number space you were referring to?

Serial Per Order - I changed all quantities to 1

Hello,

If you have multiple serials for one order, it means that you generate serials via your products.
Please be sure to not have pack assignation with products.
Regarding the sum, I think it should be related to your tax configuration.
