Hello,

Yes you can sell vouchers with HikaSerial (standard).
The best is to use the coupon generator :

Since you also want to generate an image, what you want to achieve is very similar than selling e-tickets :

And thanks HikaShop Business, you will be able to create "item custom field" in order to have the "greeting text" with the voucher product. Item field that you will be able to display in the generated image (or pdf).
