shipping not included in final total

Hi nic,

When customers added products to their cart it would take them to the registration screen and display product price, shipping and the final total (which already included shipping). after trying to set up VAT options I took them off again, and now the final total does not include shipping costs (you have to click on either proceed to checkout or next for the final total to update).

how can i reverse the settings so the final total will include shipping costs again on first click?

does this mean i would have to setup all my products again and all the special customisations?

I'm not sure what i've done wrong but my shipping costs don't add on or diplay like the demo, I'm using the manual shipping plugin. The only help I could see was to download and install the latest version of hikashop but i couldn't do that either through joomla or from directory i get an error(-1 - An error has occurred. It was not possible to copy the selected file.) I uploaded the new hika shop to another one of my sites and the shipping didn't add on there either. I'm stuck now not sure what to do?

Thanks nicolas you're a superstar, I hadn't added a weight to my products, but now when the shipping methods appear when i select one of them the total does not update. Also do you know any reason why I can't update to the new version of hikashop, all my permissions are writeable but when i try to upload it either through joomla or by directory i get an error message that says failed to move file.
