acymailing subscription during checkout

Hi,

is it possible to have a checkbox saying "Yes, i want to subscribe for newsletters" during checkout process, so that if someone enables the checkbox then only user would be added to some selected newsletter of acymailing? so that when someone registers doesnt go to acymailing automatically basically unknowingly by users that they are added to our newsletter system, user should have choice either to receive our newsletters or not during checkout process.
