Hi! When a customer goes to the shopping cart page, they have to login/register first. If they register a new account and click 'REGISTER', it goes to a blank page while it awaits the user to confirm the account by email. My question is: when the user clicks 'REGISTER', can I create a custom message to display saying something like…" An email has been sent to your account…please click to confirm…" instead of just showing a blank page? I have attached how it looks when it redirects to a blank page.

Thanks

Hi,

Please indicate your HikaShop version number when posting a question, it is very helpful for us.

Please provide a screenshot of your checkout workflow and your checkout configuration in the HikaShop backend.

Sorry about that! I am using Hikashop Starter version 2.2.3

Screenshot #1 is of the checkout workflow in the backend.
Screenshot #2 is of the checkout workflow on the frontend of my website, where a customer will first login or create a new account.
Screenshot #3 is just the Login&Registration settings in the backend.

Thank you for your assistance!

Thank you, unfortunately everything as described in the thread you suggested were correct on my side. It must be something else with my template. I don't know if you have any other suggestions, otherwise I'll try to figure it out. Thanks for your help :)

I still believe that there is a problem with the error message display of your template.
Please temporarily change the template of your website to the joomla default template and try again. You should then see the message. And that would really indicate that there is a problem with the message display in your template.
Thus, I'll recommend to contact your template provider so that they can help you fix that.
