Cart is Empty Message

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.0
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.13

I am getting cart is empty message when adding any product in the cart.It's not increasing the quantity but adding as a new product and not allowing me to checkout.Could you please help me?

Thanks to try to update to the latest version, the 2.3.1 available on our website.

If it doesn't change anything, thanks to provide us a screenshot of your product configuration.
Do you have any limit set ?

Same here. We have had it on 2 websites.
1 I fixed, but the second website with HIkashop I can't fix.

How to fix this bug? Changed nothing in settings, but just updated tot Joomla 3.3.0 and Hikashop 2.3.1.
