Issue with List Address

I am raising some issue regarding the List Address during the Checkout process. Please note that this was raised a few minutes ago and needs to be "re-raised" here as there are 11 image attachments (whereas the Forum only allowed up to 8 attachments). Hence, the duplicate.

They are:
1) shipping address is wrongly validated
2) error messages appear in the Joomla message area
3) all fields are erased and reset when a mandatory field fails validation

Please see the attached for illustration and let me know what the code changes are to fix them?

Do you have reproduced these issues on you website ? On Joomla 3.3.6 ?
For the point number 2, We only use the Joomla message system, to display the errors somewhere else you will have to edit the class field (core file).

I am using Joomla 3.3.6 with Hikashop Business 2.3.4, installed just last week. I am having the same issue as illustrated in jpg #5 in the previous zip file. No problem with the error placement in the Joomla error zone, but any time a new address is entered for a billing/shipping address in the cart, the validation errors occur. The messages can be ignored and the cart transaction completed normally, but that shouldn't be happening. I am using the T3 Framework template, T3 BS3 Blank.
