I still don't understand what doesn't work.
I've done a test on your website backend by opening an order and clicking on the "email" button and entering there my email address as receiver and I got the email.
So the email sending in HikaShop is working just fine.
In a previous message you said:
An order has been created emails and the payment confirm
But everything in that sentence is wrong:
1. No payment confirmation was sent to HikaShop for that order, or you would have another line in your history list with the reason "automatic payment notification".
2. You didn't select any user for the order, so HikaShop wouldn't be able to send a notification for the order anyway since it wouldn't find any email address to send the notification.
From what I understand, the problem is not about HikaShop not sending emails on your website. It's about you not entering the necessary information in the orders and/or not configuring your payment plugin properly to receive payment notifications after paying for the order on the payment gateway.
