Hello,

1 - The "subscription_end_date" contains the end date of a subscription.
HikaSerial Subscription uses the HikaShop cron task in order to check when a subscription hasn't be renew before its expiration date.

2 - The best is to authorize non-recurring payment methods so your customer can buy subscription in a "classical way".
Without recurring, the customer would have to manually perform the renewal (which should be made via the customer subscription listing)

Hello,

You have complex questions and it's better to not urge for a fast answer.

1 - You can't, it requires development.

2 - If the renewal is not performed, the subscription expires or is directly closed (depending your settings).

3 - I don't understand what you want...
If you want another recurring payment plugin ; it requires a specific payment plugin which support the HikaShop recurring API.
For your three points, I'm sorry but I don't understand the meaning.

Ok, lets talk about one single point.
My expectation about your Recurring Subscription Payment - is that it supposed to work not only with users Paypal as payment method, but with Credit Cards as payment method as well. But my users are not seeing how to pay with credit cards when they arrived on the payment page. Could you please explain what i need to do to add Credit Cards as a option for them to pay recurring monthly subscription please?

Hello,

Recurring payment implies that the payment gateway support "recurring" feature : The possibility to have automatically a periodic payment for a specif amount of time.

Please understand that if you use a random credit card payment gateway, you won't have such feature.
That's why it's possible with HikaSerial Subscription to use regular payment method to buy subscription and, for such scenario, the customer will have to manually renew its subscription (before or after the expiration date, depending your settings).
To activate the possibility to use regular payment system, you have the enable the setting as mentioned few days ago.

Without recurring, the customer would have to manually perform the renewal (which should be made via the customer subscription listing)

I'm sorry but I can't do magic and transform any credit card payment system into an automatic recurring payment system.
