Custom fields with Quantities

Hi,

Is it possible to create a custom field (table: order) with "single dropdown" (alternative radio button) where I can put a quantitiy for each field?

My customer can select some extensions to a product. The extensions I would like to provide as single dropdown. However if one of the extensions is empty, this extension should not appear anymore. Therefore I need to add a quantitiy behind each entry. Is this possible?

Up to know I have created a single sub-product "extensions" with different variants and attached this sub-product as option to my main product. It works, but I would like to have it in the checkout-process on the same page as all my other custom fields.
