Hi,

I'm setting up this plugin on a site, I entered the Merchant ID, Secrety Key and Key version. Regarding the "URL" field, I don't have any information about this and didn't succeed to find information on what to add in this field.

Do you have an idea fo what is supposed to be "URL"?

Hi,

It should be either

https://payment-webinit.simu.sips-services.com/paymentInit
for test payments or
https://payment-webinit.sips-services.com/paymentInit
for live payments. That is unless your bank has different URLs to use Worldline SIPS.

Note that Worldline released its new API at the beginning of the year called Worldline Direct or CAWL, and we've made a plugin for it here:

The URL doesn't seem to work, it generates an error. I've asked Sherlock support for their help.

For Sherlock, it should be :

https://sherlocks-payment-webinit-simu.secure.lcl.fr/paymentInit
for tests and
https://sherlocks-payment-webinit.secure.lcl.fr/paymentInit
for real payments.

It seems the URL could work.

I still have an issue but I presume it's on Sherlock's side.

If I use the test URL I have this message:
"The merchant ID entered is not valid for this simulation environment. Please use the test merchant ID in the simulation environment. It is not possible to use a production merchant ID" (which is expected as it seems they don't provide by default a test environment and they need days to provide one)
If I use the production one, there's an error but with no useful information.

Hi,

You can activate the "debug" setting of the payment method. Reproduce the error and then check the "payment log file" in the HikaShop configuration. It should hopefully provide information about the issue.
