Hi,
Is there any possibility that I can combine products together to make a bundle ?
E.g. We sell 4 products seperately.
There would be a 5th (bundle) "product" containing all the other 4 products with a discount applied.
The order should then be "linked" to the 4 products. I need to know that a customer bougth e.g. product 1 even when it is in a bundle.
How can this be done ?
Thanks and br

Hi,

We have already thread which talk about it.
www.hikashop.com/forum/4-how-to/77921-pr...ptions-variants.html
www.hikashop.com/forum/4-how-to/83989-product-bundles.html

Yes, bundles are on the todo list already. Thank you for your feedback.
Unfortunately, not everyone agrees on the missing feature which would make HikaShop stand out... We keep do them... but someone else always comes with another one ;)

So for the moment, it's not possible to make "real" bundles. You can create products which will be bundle, with a specific price, etc.

Hi,

Thanks for the info.
I can probably do this with options.
As default, it does not choose the option. It shows just a "no" and "yes"
Is there a way to have the option (in this case, the option is the product) selected by default ?
And it should not be possible to deselect the option.
Thanks and br

Hi,

Yes.
You can take a look at our demo website, specially for this product:
demo.hikashop.com/index.php?option=com_h...ow&Itemid=91&lang=en

As you can see, the "RAM" have several possibilities but it's not possible to remove it.
You can access to the product configuration in the backend and check how we made it.

Hi,
I could finally solve it with variants.
However, I should be able to list all customers that bought this product with a specific variant.
Finally, I would like to email to only these customers that bought a specific variant.
How to get the customers that bought (payed) for a specific product with a specific variant.

Thanks for your valuable help.

Hi,

It's actually not possible in HikaShop, but you can create a new mass action plugin to get the desired results.
Currently the mass actions allow you to lists the users, they can be filtered on many things but the products.

Here is the documentation about mass actions:

How do you keep the options together with a single item in the shopping cart? We have an item with options but the option product shows up as a separate line item which allows for someone to remove it, even though it should be part of the parent product. I noticed in the RAM example it has all options in a single product and price.

NEVER MIND: System Configuration + Main / Cart --> Group options with product
