Where to change the date-format for Comments?

May I ask where should i change the date format across the Hikashop? plus the date format for comments?

Do you mean change the data store in the html file (a) or change the css to have fro mthe html data a new theme/style (b) ?

The solution will be to edit the code of the "listing" file of the "vote" view of your front-end template through "Hikashop->Display->Views" .
