Multiple quantity per order

Good morning!
Yesterday I've updated this beautifull software on 2.3.1 version because I've needed to use the "Quantity layout on product page" function.
Still I have some question...
I've readed on this forum that to use the multiple quantity per order I have to set "Quantity layout on product page" on "Show select" through System/configuration/Display and after set a value on the product page.

This is great because now i've setted a value of 10 in "minimum quantity per order" a product page so as the customers can buy only on multiple of 10!

The question is:
How can I set simply a "minimum quantity per order" without the multiple?

I have some products that you can buy from minimum of 100 but not necessarily on multiple of 100 (so 100-101-102 etc)

The strange thing is that if I change the set up of "Quantity layout on product page" in product page nothing happen.
Still retains the configuration that I've setted in System/Configuration/Display whereby I can't choose a different setting for product.

Have you some suggestion?

Do you mean that on a product show page (frontendà you don't see the dropdown while in backend for the same product you set the display to select ?
