I can give you the main lines of what is necessary, but this is not a place to provide advanced customization.

First, There is nothing by default in HikaShop to have at the same time a dropdown and a list of images to select the same option. It's redundant.
You can have either thanks to the characteristic/variants system.

If you need to also have the dropdown like on your link, you'll have to customize the file "show_block_characteristic" via the menu Display>Views and add the display of the dropdown, and some javascript code to do the synchro.
Regarding the zoom in/out on the main image, you'll want to add a third party zoom extension. For example Magic zoom can do that:

But several other extensions are available for that:

That's basically the main things there. After that it's just some CSS, HikaShop configuration, and small views modifications to personnalize the product page to get the same result:
