Related products is not showing

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Related products is not showing.

Hello,


I have attached multiple products

but it is not showing on front end.

Hello,

There two points to check that leads to display your "Related products".
1°) in Components => HikaShop => Configuration, then in Display tab, have a look on Product option part :



2°) Or in order to display, in other page than Product page, you have to have a configured a module for your related products, see this tutorial to learn more about Module configuration.
