Price with Option - Does Not Show Cart-please help to fix or configure

I love how you display and recalculate the Price depending on Variations they selected like on your demo page:

I don't change any core files for Hika but I don't have Price with Option to be shown below my cart.

How can I add " Price with Options: $xx.xx l recalculations like it is on your demo cart?

Ok, your recommendation works with one problem:

Having Variants and Options on the same cart lead to loosing name of Variants being lost on the shopping cart.

Here is how you can model it:

First product - Oranges - have only Variants added. Variants: Gender and Age Range

Selecting a variants on the cart - and you see Variants names being shown on the Checkout
- See attached image of the Checkout for Oranges.

Second product - Kivi - have the exactly same Variants added: Gender and Age Range.
and I also have Selectable OPTIONS : Saving Plans

so I selected an option on the Orange and on the Checkout - names on Variants are no longer there

I expected to have the Name of Variants to be kept on the Checkout. It does keep it for Oranges but Not for Kivi.

The only difference for Kivi is added Options on the cart.
Could you please tell me if this is a fixable error or it should work that way?
