Product page couldn't open

Dear Sir,
I have 4 problems:
1.I couldn't open product page:Error meaasge:Content encode error. unvalide or unsupported compress format.Please contact administrator.

2. There was no previous page button.Just have Next button when check out. How to add a Previous button
3. Tt couldn't change quantity in cart status. How to add a quantity change button?


4. And also when quantity changed in shop cart,total price should change automatically and timely.

Could anyone give me a help?Many thanks!

Hello,

1. Your issue is probably coming from the fact that you didn't enable HTTPS on your server.

2. You can eventually activate the "Display checkout progress bar" option via 'Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout". Else, there is actually no option to do it so you'll have to directly edit the code of files of the "Checkout" view via "Hikashop->Display->Views".

3. 4. You should check that the value of the "Quantity input method" option isn't set to "None" through the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Display" but also through your product configuration page.

Thanks for you help firstly.Unfortunately some problems still exist:
1.Now I have enabled SSL.but the problem still exists(Couldn't open product page,Sometimes it could open click "refresh the page")
2.When I added the codes instructed in your referred thread, I just find the code,no button displayed
3 and 4. I could find the "Quantity input method" option in "product options" area through the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Display". But where is the option of "but also through your product configuration page"

Hello,

1 - With the current indications, I'm afraid there is nothing related to HikaShop but it looks like more an incompatibility with a configuration of your web hosting or third party plugin.
I can see for example some HTTP headers with a mention of K2

X-Content-Powered-By:K2 v2.7.1
Also, please try to avoid space in canonical URL ; that's not best for SEO, SEF, etc.

2 - As Mohamed mentioned, it would require some customization.

Now the thread he linked you is mostly for HikaShop 2.6.x ; if you're using HikaShop 3.0 with the new checkout system, the modification would be a little bit different (but the main idea is still the same, the view would be different).

3 - We can assure you that there is a setting for the quantity input in HikaShop configuration :

Thanks for your help. But unfortunately I still couldn't solve the problem.
1.About problem ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED.It occurred only hikashop product page.All other webpages are OK. So it may be related with hikashop setting. Does hikashop has Gzip setting somewhere?
2.I couldn't write codes so I will quit this amend.
3. I had set the "Quantity input method" option in "product options" area through the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Display". But it still couldn't change quantity in cart status page.

Hi,

1. It doesn't. Joomla has though in the Joomla configuration. The gzip encoding is handled at the Joomla or server level and HikaShop doesn't play any role on that.

3. In your checkout workflow, there are two views you can use to display the cart: "cart" and "cart status". The first one, "cart", displays the cart and you can modify the products in them. The second one, "cart status" displays the cart and you can't modify anything. It's goal is to display a status of the cart, for example, for the last step of the checkout, before the customer finalizes his order.
So if you want the quantity to be modifiable in the "cart status" view, I don't recommend that. Simply use "cart" instead in your checkout workflow and that will do it.
