How to reset voted stars back to 0?

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7
-- PHP version -- : 7.10

I have a problem. I think someone sort of spammer attacked my sites and did multiple fake voting on my products and all of them are set to 3 stars. Is there a way to remove the voted stars back to 0? Also, is there a way to avoid this from happening in the future?

Hi,

You can manage the comments and votes via the menu Customers>Vote menu.
If you want to avoid that from happening, you could restrict the votes to registered users only in the HikaShop configuration.
You could also add a captcha on the registration and/or the comment form:
