Hello,
since the last update I made about one hour ago, all the products are displayed in only one column instead of 3. (category and product display)

I changed 3 columns in the main configuration but there is no change. Before the update I had a second tab in the main menu options, but this tab with all the display configuration disappears.

Can you please check this. Attention there are a lot of changements in the template (most from your side)

Hello,
I am a little bit confused.

What I had before the update: Categeroy view (two columns with img and title) / Product View (tree columns with img and title)

- When I change the frontent css to "old" in the configuration/view, then I have in Category view = 1 column, in product view 3 columns.
- When I delete the .hikashop_subcategories... in line 42 of the old frontend css (because the new default frontend css do not has this line) then I have in Category view = 2 columns, in product view 1 column.

Where can I change the number of the rows/columns for EACH category of products? I can not find it in the configuration documentation, because on the earlier version of hikashop it was very simple. There I changed the number of colums/rows, products that are in the same category etc in the tab of the menu configuration.

Thanks for your help

Hello,

Did you read the explanation in the other thread ?
Did you modified your customized CSS file as mentioned ?

There is no bug in HikaShop and the column configuration haven't change a bit.
But you will be able to find a lot of thread talking about your "column" issue due to CSS conflict.

www.hikashop.com/forum/product-category-...-upgrade.html#271230
( etc )

About the "tab" issue in Joomla ; because you have HikaShop 3.1.1 you have the needed patch but I guess that you still have the files in your browser cache.
So you should clean your browser cache and retry to open the Joomla menu/module configuration.
(for that issue too you can find a lot of thread talking about the Joomla 3.7 JS issue)

Hello,

As I wrote on the last reply:
- The frontend_custom.css do not have this line 42?
- Only the old frontend_custom.css contain this code on line 46. When I remove it then I have in Category view = 2 columns, in product view 1 column. This is still not what I had before the update (Categeroy view (two columns with img and title) / Product View (tree columns with img and title)

The other problem with the tab view is ok. Thanks

Thanks for your help

Hi,

I don't see the problem on your website:
monosnap.com/file/dwxad0UedB8FB4iLohu3aMX8KKcEKZ
There are three columns on the listing.
You don't have the problem because you have view overrides of the listings and thus you still have the old CSS with the old view and thus it displays fine (as far as I can see).
If you removed the view overrides, then you would use the new listing views which use a new CSS of HikaShop and the CSS you have in the old frontend CSS file would be problematic, but that's not the case as far as I can see.
