Solved - HikaSerial to be used for a Raffle

Very excited about Hikashop. Looks great.

We are planning to use Hikashop and Hika serial to run a single raffle. We are selling 1000 tickets.

1. What version of hikashop do i need so that joomla user registration is not required? (we want the checkout form to be as simple as possible.

2. Will Hikashop and HikaSerial work to run a raffle? Could it be done with Hikashop only?

3. Is Serial Attach an additional extension? Does it need to be purchased also? Any examples of Serial Attach in action?

4. Any suggestions or tips as we get started?

Hi,

1. The "no registration" is in commercial version of HikaShop.

2. HikaSerial is required if you want to sell unique data like raffles.

3. The plugin "attach serial" is a plugin which is include in the HikaSerial package. We have an example in his documentation.

Thanks so much for the reply.

I purchased Hikashop essential and it gave me the not registration option.

Also purchased the HikaSerial

Within serveral hours I was able to get everything configured and working. I will have some specific questions, which I will ask in different threads.
