We have purchased hikaserial 39$ and i want use hikkaserial for sale of eBook please let me know what setting i can make for eBook secure.

Hi,

The secure e-book platform is easy to integrate with HikaShop/HikaSerial.

When you have your e-book in their platform, you will have "store product code" field there.
By having the same value in their field and in the HikaShop product code field, the "association" would be possible by the plugin.

The base of your configuration for HikaSerial is the classical one.
But your pack should use the secure e-book generator.

Afterwards, the products who are giving an e-book should have the product code set (according to the platform value) and also have the pack assigned.
Each time the product will be both, the plugin will ask secure e-book to get a unlock code for the corresponding e-book.

Hi,

I'm sorry but we are not in direct relation with Secure e-book ; we created the integration plugin for HikaSerial for a custom development requested by a user.
That user already had a valid account and he gave us a test account to perform the implementation and the tests.
Last time we had news from him, the plugin was still working fine.

We got an email from secure e-book that they have closed their business now how i will sale my eBooks with secure because i don't want an one can make copies of our books, please let me know any other solutions for sale ebooks.

For your questions about HikaShop ; please use the HikaShop section of the forum.
Thank you for your understanding.

About secure e-book ; it's a sad news.
So I will see to remove that plugin from HikaSerial if they cannot propose their service anymore.

There are other solutions to provide e-book, like Adobe Content Server for example.
But the fact that HikaSerial had an integration with the secure e-book platform was because it required an unique activation code for each sale. So that was matching perfectly with the HikaSerial concept.

Like I wrote in my previous message, there is Adobe Content Server.
And that is not the only one which can be integrated with HikaShop.
