Is it possible to customize the layout of emails sent by HikaShop?

Hello,

It's possible yes, have a look on this tutorial , you have to edit the content via the HTML Version (or text and preload version if you have enough knowledge for this).
You can help you with the preview button in the toolbar, this will display the result of your custom.
