after checkout the billing and shipping address is not the same.

1. configuration


2. this photo is correct which was received by the buyer


3. this is the summary order received by the admins. Billing looks missing but intact it is not aligned


4. this is the confirmed email and the shipping is wrong. this is a previously saved shipping address. not the one filled up aby the client


5. this one is another email sent to admin. the shipping address is wrong. The correct one is the shipping information


6. in addition how can we maximise the space for the email? it is forced on a small area cramping the contents?

7. how do we add labels on the billing and shipping address?

We have checked it twice and it is the same order. please see the time and other information on the email. Now that you mentioned it why is it that the created and confirmed email sent to the admin is different from the "A new order has been created on your website"? This is a new test order we made

1, the email received by buyer. the order no is H4Q0A25


2. emails sent to admins

created and confirmed has a different order number its H4Q0B26

3.the email "A new order has been created on your website" has the correct order no. Note that the time it was received are all the same and the information


4. Again, the shipping address is wrong the correct one is on the shipping information. can it just use the correct shipping address?

5. If i set the checkout -> address to billing only then how will the buyer choose a saved shipping address?

Could it be linked to the fact you're using HikaMarket ?
HikaMarket creates sub orders for each order and so the sub orders have their own order_id too.
So that could be linked to the reason why the order number is different between the emails.

how do we fix it?

You said at the beginning of the thread that you're using HikaShop 3.5.0. I see that your HikaMarket Multivendor subscription is expired. Maybe the issues you're bringing out are linked to that. Which version of HikaMarket Multivendor are you using ?

version 1.7.2. How can i fix the issue?

And could you do a screenshot of what you have in the order details page in the backend for that order (in fact for both the H4Q0A25 and the H4Q0B26 orders) ?

you can't see this on the orders list but it appears inside H4Q0A25. So is there a way to correct this order number? or just add the original order number to hikashop order confirmed?

Is it possible to let hikashop handle the order number for created and confirmed?
how do i disable the created notifications?

i have that on orders, products and items

my problem is with the address column. As you can see it is set to required but on the order created and confirmed the mobile phone is not appearing



please note my issue is with the billing address and shipping address and not the shipping information

buyers are reporting problems during checkout with PAYPAL. unfortunately its not clear what the problem is. What is clear is that they can't check out using PAYPAL. This issue is random, no errors that we know of. I am having problems with this because every time we test it PayPal is working. So i need help on what to check maybe errors that i can look at or logs.

i am receiving the following emails

1. A new order has been created on your website. You can access the order details directly by clicking on the link below after logging in your back end:
how do i enable this email for super admins only because it is for administrators only?

2.Your order No. H4U1U35 is now created at website. I am getting this email but i am not receiving the confirmed email. This is the reason why we know there is PayPal problem. Client will tell us they bought using a different online store because of the PayPal problem.
I know this is vague but can you give me a guideline on setting up PAYPAL? may be i have a misconfiguration.

3. Can you give me a guideline on what to do or check or test to make sure everything is done correctly on my side?

4. do you have another thread that can assist me on how to trouble shoot clients side. Maybe check phone version, phone brand and others

5. another issue for paypal is that when they reach the PayPal page and decided to cancel the cart gets empty. how do i retain the cart contents?

is it possible to add a minimum order quantity during checkout or in any place in the product view?

maybe the starting quantity is the minimum order quantity? example is MOQ is 3 so units will start at 3 or something like that

You changed the name/alias of your these products / categories ?

we usually add / edit products. Seldom change the name. But if we do change the name we add a redirect to the new url

Did you also update the canonical URL of these products / categories after your changes ?

we use canonical urls and update them. I added a screen shot. i dont know what these are. Some of the ends with limit, start, feed, print and i dont know where to find these. i dont know how to redirect them if these were changed urls

i want to make it very simple. when client arrives on paypal he just inputs his username and password and its done

or enter the credit card info, expiry and date then done

no address required

i configured shop so that shoppers need to register first before they can checkout.

so how do i display a message saying you need to register before checkout?

or something like the cart module where in you can set a custom message.

or still display the button but you can't click it. it has a note saying you need to login
