would it be possible to add the orders management in the front end for the super admins or admins?

i added a new order status "delivered" how do i add this to the emails and add custom fields such as date and time recved and received by to the email?

i have 5 questions on emails received for orders. i attached it.

i can see that the checkbox for "show same address checkbox" is now gone.

can you kindly tell me what to do if buyer address and shipping address is different?

i would like to know if we already have a solution where in points can be earned even if purchases are made outside of the shop

now a days their are a lot of online shops so what client wants to do is to award points that buyers can claim on his own shop(hikashop) regardless of what shop online (amazon, walmart ect) or offline as long as the product purchased by supplier can be encoded or submitted and counted for points

Something like i have my own hikashop and when clients buy they earn points. Now i will also sell my products on amazon but this product has a serial number or code that when submitted to my hikashop it will generate points
